1 Accept yourself as you are
Accepting yourself and where you are in life can be difficult .But it is important that you identify and focus on your positive qualities rather than the qualities you feel negative about . No one in the world is perfect we are perfect in our own way ..
2 Never have guilt
A guilt has lot of power . It is always to better to name your guilt ,find source of it and apologize for it . But do not let it drag you down .The origin of guilty feelings could be anything but it is often seen that the cause is typically much more minor .Tell yourself doing mistake is fine but make sure that you will not repeat it in future.
3 Find someone to talk
It is always better to talk to someone how you are feeling .In depression people often feel that they are alone in that situation expressing your feelings can make you fell better .It will make you feel that you are not alone your loves once are always with you.

4 Stop comparing yourself
Comparing yourself with others is one of the worst think you can do with yourself . Focus on your strengths who you are ? not on the other people .
Learn to compete with yourself instead of others .Take a fast from social media . It is well said that "The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else hightlight reel ".
5 Practice yoga
Yoga is also said to be a way of life . Mediatation is part of yoga which deals with mental realaxation and conentration . It controls the thought process and thus relaxes mind completely . You cannot always control what goes on outside .But you can always control what goes on inside and the best way to do that is by yoga .Make sure you will practice yoga.
6 Say no to overthinking
Negative thoughts in your mind breed hopelessness , despair and low motivataion . so many of us do not consider overthinking as a problem when someone says that overthinking is bad , we often assume that only negative thoughts are wrong . And by that defination ,it automatically means that positive thoughts are good but that is not the case .So find ways to stop overthinking
7 Understand your importance
All of us have certain goals in our life . But you really need to understand your goals are not important than yourself . At the end of the day your happiness is important. Know your worth
